This is an IBM web site designed to help you (the CATIA/Enovia customers) with your PLM Software. There are lots of things that are covered on this site including:
Service Packs – Downloading and ordering them
Hotfixes – Downloading them.
Software needed to run CATIA/Enovia – LUM, Fortran
Problem Search Database
Software/Hardware Requirements for both V4 and V5.
Announcements – End of Support dates, Software and Hardware updates
Flashes – tell about when a service pack is available
To access many of the features of the IBM PLM Technical Support Web Site, you need to register yourself as a CATIA/Enovia Customer. To do this you will need your 7 Digit IBM Customer Number. Call us if you do not know your IBM Customer Number.

Register to IBM for CATIA/Enovia Support (Specific registration : https://www-304.ibm.com/usrsrvc/account/userservices/jsp/login.jsp?persistPage=true
Here is where you will need your IBM Customer Number enter it and select OK
IBM may need more time to process your request. Your request will be processed and you will receive a confirmation.
Once you receive confirmation you will start to get emails from IBM stating when service packs are available and you will then be able to download them and order them just by selecting them from a list.
